Privacy Policy
This site does one job. It lines up 26 Napali Coast boat tours, from a 3-hour Zodiac raft expedition to an 8-hour Ni'ihau day trip, so the differences between them show on a single page. Reading it asks nothing personal of you: there is no account, no mailing list and no checkout anywhere on these pages. The small amount of data that moves when a page opens is set out below.
What Gets Counted Here
Everything counted here is counted in the aggregate. Each page load leaves a short record: the page itself, the place the visit arrived from, and whether an outbound link got clicked. Nothing else is attached. Since nothing here requires a login or a payment, a name, an email address or a card number has no way of arriving. Whether you were weighing a sunset dinner sail against a Zodiac raft trip, or checking the Ni'ihau listings, is not something this site can see. Whatever you type into a booking form travels to the operator's checkout and lives under their privacy terms, not these.
Third-Party Scripts
Third-party code on this site is kept deliberately thin. One analytics service counts anonymous page views so it stays clear which tour pages get read, and it does nothing beyond that count. Where an embedded element appears, it is served from another company's servers, which means that company sees your IP address and follows its own privacy rules from the moment the element loads. A script blocker in your browser cuts that off if you would rather not share it. The comparisons themselves, from-prices included, are plain text and links that need no third-party code to appear.
No booking is ever finished here. Picking a tour takes you to the live listing, where the operator's checkout, cookies and terms take over. Their policies govern those pages, not this one. How this site earns its keep is set out on the disclosure page.
What Stays Off
- We never sell, trade or hand your details to anyone outside this site.
- Run advertising pixels or trackers that tag you as you browse other websites.
- Ask for an email address. There is no newsletter here and no mailing list of any kind.
- Take a payment or hold a seat on a boat. Every booking for the tours compared here, from the 3-hour Zodiac raft expedition to the 8-hour Ni'ihau and Napali Coast day tour, is made on the live booking page, under the operator's terms.
- Every message leaves through your own email program. The contact page starts a draft you dispatch yourself, so it goes from your account to an inbox directly, with no form, tracker or mailbox of ours in between.
Hosting
These pages are served through a hosting network that logs routine server traffic, IP addresses included, to screen out abuse and attacks. No log is ever read to profile a reader or to work out which raft or catamaran pages held someone's attention.
Your Choices
Prefer to run an ad blocker or script blocker? Everything still loads. A tour comparison here is made of text and links, so with everything switched off you can weigh a 5-hour sunset dinner cruise against a 4-hour 30-minute raft trip, check the from-prices, weigh ratings against durations, and open the live booking page whenever you are ready. That plainness is the point.
Something still unclear? Send a message. The disclosure page explains the commercial side of the site.
